XiVO is a complete solution for IP telephony and unified communications for enterprises, created by Sylvain Boily, Proformatique founder and now partner of Avencall. The XiVO solutions provides native value added functionalities for business. Since 2012, XiVO has been recognised as the leading solution based on Asterisk in Europe.
XiVO was created to meet the needs of IT managers wishing to take advantage of a free, reliable and interoperable alternative in the telecommunications sector. XiVO makes Asterisk features workable. However, it does much more than that: web administration interface, desktop client to provide the user with unified communications services, PC operator to improve telephone service, CTI server to integrate XiVO with existing applications, server to supply SIP telephone extensions in less than a minute, call centre applications to optimise customer relations, etc...
XiVO interfaces with third party applications, free or not, to develop the productivity of the company's business. XiVO thus integrates with LDAP directories, business messaging systems like the free solution Blue Mind free or Microsoft Outlook, ERP and CRM offer click to call features, unified messaging, etc…
The solution XiVO is distributed under the GPLv3 license. Therefore, all XiVO features are available with no license cost. XiVO is primarily based on the open source software Asterisk.

“ Xivo est une solution simple et très efficace . Elle nous a permis de réduire considérablement les couts de communication , mais surtout d'être autonome sur le paramétrage utilisateur. Plus besoin de payer des fortunes pour changer un nom dans l'annuaire .....!!! Elle nous ouvre de nombreuses fonctionnalités qui était jusqu'alors impossible avec nos anciens équipements L'équipe d'Avancall, vous assure une très bonne réactivité et je les en remercie . ”
