Judges from the Critic's Choice CMS Awards elected the software as the best CMS for small and medium sized companies

Every year CMS Critic organises two rankings: Critic's Choice Awards and the People's Choice Awards.

Under the Critic's Choice Awards, the results of which can be viewed here, eZ Publish has been voted "Best CMS for small and medium enterprises".

The judges explain this choice by the fact that the tool is "an excellent all-in-one", the eZ Publish Platform covers the needs of web publishing, mobile and multi channel distribution, digital marketing, e -commerce and workflow.

For the Critic's Choice Awards, the judges may freely choose the solution they want for each category. This year, three judges were involved in the selection process: in addition to Mike Johnston, editor and co-founder of CMS Critic, there was also John Coonen, president of the CMS Association, founder and co-host of the CMS Expo Learning & Business Conference and editor of the website The CMS Connection, and Adriaan Bloem, Senior Manager at MBC Group, responsible for the online platform and consistency of infrastructure, web content management (including video and mobile) social media and forums.

Last month, in the People's Choice, users were selected from a shortlist of nominees and MODx was selected as "best open source CMS" and WordPress as "best free CMS".
