WordPress 3.8: Nearly stable

The CMS lanches Release Candidate 2, which should be identical to the stable version, planned for Thursday.
This version brings together several new features relating to the user interface and design. WordPress 3.8 offers a new responsive administration interface. Note also that the dashboard on the home page has been redesigned.
On the graphics side, it is now possible to change the colour palettes. Changing the theme under the "Appearance" tab is also done differently. In addition, a new default theme called Twenty Fourteen, has been created.
